At McCormick, we are committed to respecting all human rights. Our Global Human Rights Policy was released in 2021 and represents our minimum standards for working conditions and human rights that applies to our employees, suppliers, and business partners. Many of the standards set forth in McCormick’s policy align with basic working conditions and human rights concepts advanced by the International Labor Organization and the United Nations’ Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

The anonymous hotline is staffed by an independent organization for employees and external stakeholders to report actual or potential violations of McCormick’s policies and codes of conduct without fear of retaliation.
McCormick requires high-risk suppliers to sign up for Sedex, which is one of the world’s leading ethical trade membership organization and works with businesses to improve working conditions in their global supply chains.
