Employee Development and Wellbeing
At McCormick, we prioritize the health and safety of our employees, and the development and wellbeing of our global employees are critical components of how we do business. These efforts are part of how we measure success.
Developing our Employees
Our employees drive our success, and we are dedicated to their development. Through initiatives such as our “Let’s Learn and Grow Together” campaign, employees and their managers work closely to create personalized development plans.

McCormick recognizes the importance of retaining our people and, beyond our wide range of financial, physical and mental wellbeing benefits packages, McCormick actively listens to its employees in order to truly understand and address their needs. Therefore, just as we encourage our employees to continuously learn from each other, we are leading by example and learning from them.
We aim to conduct an employee listening survey annually. These surveys provide an opportunity for employees to share their feedback on a wide range of dimensions related to employee experience. For McCormick, the benefits include generating new insights that fuel actions to drive improved results while measuring engagement and enablement. Our VIBE survey has been expanded to include questions related specifically to employee safety and wellbeing to ensure that these stay at the forefront of everything we do.
