Ethics Hotline

The ethics hotline is staffed by an independent organization for employees and external stakeholders to report actual or potential violations of McCormick’s policies and codes of conduct without fear of retaliation. Anyone is able to submit a report, additional information can be found in our Business Ethics Policy.

Our procurement team work with external consultants and other stakeholders to risk assess our global sourcing operations for human rights and environmental impacts. McCormick then collaborates with suppliers on action plans and funds mitigation projects.
