High-flying desserts.

Aeroplane Jelly has been an Australian favorite since 1927. More than 85 years later we’re still Australia’s most-loved jelly owning 91% share of gelatin. Variety makes life sweeter, so we’re expanding our range of jellies to include Original, Jelly Lite, Naturals and Ready to Eat. Plus we’re adding Sweet Treat dessert mixes and toppings.

Modest beginnings

Aeroplane Jelly inventor and tram driver Bert Appleroth first made jelly crystals at home in his bathtub and began distributing them along his Sydney tram route.

Really big flavor

Aeroplane Jelly made the Guinness World Records in 1981 by making the largest-ever gelatin. It was watermelon flavored and 35,000 liters (9,246.02 gallons).
