Many McCormick locations offer flexible working arrangements that allow employees to have non-standard work schedules to help with work/life balance. This includes compressed work weeks, telecommuting and other flexible arrangements. Award-winning wellness programs are also conducted at a number of McCormick locations.
Historically the Company has also offered the majority of employees a paid vacation during the winter holiday season.
