We are proud of our Multiple Management philosophy, established in 1932 by C.P. McCormick, which is the foundation of our culture. Our 13 local Multiple Management Boards (MMB), three regional boards and global board are the embodiment of this philosophy and demonstrate our spirit of inclusion.
